Policies

Age Restriction Notice You must present a valid photo ID or student ID providing age before the game starts.
Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
Arrival rules
The game will start at the scheduled time! You must ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedule Policy
Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time.
