Article 1: object

1.1 The present general conditions are applicable to any contract of provision of a game room concluded between on the one hand the PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE, and on the other hand the users of the room, hereinafter called THE CLIENT, that they have booked personally or they are part of the team of the person who booked, hereinafter called THE RESERVE. The game room is called ROOM and the contract of provision including these general conditions is called THE CONTRACT. The RESERVANT acknowledges and accepts his entire responsibility for the acts of any third party having access to the ROOM as part of his reservation, it being understood that these third parties will be deemed to be the CLIENT.

Article 2 - Occupation and use

2.1 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE grants CLIENTS the right to occupy the ROOM for a maximum of 60 minutes and to benefit from the reception area and sanitary facilities before and after a gaming session.

2.2 The occupation of the ROOM is only intended to participate in a game organized by PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE

2.3 To be admitted to the ROOM, the CLIENT must confirm the name of the RESERVANT and present the booking confirmation email.

2.4 The CLIENT has 12 years minimum. He must be accompanied by an adult player in the room until 15 years old. From the age of 15, the player must present a handwritten authorization on free paper, signed by a legal representative.

2.5 The CLIENT will keep the ROOM and its equipment in good condition and use it in accordance with the authorized use and the Contract. The CLIENT agrees already that any intentional damage or misuse of the equipment will be charged to him and that his Internet account will be blocked, forbidding him any new reservation, as long as the bill will not be paid.

2.6 The CLIENT undertakes to comply with these contractual provisions, as well as with all local and national laws and regulations, and other instructions from the administrative authorities, as well as the rules issued by the insurers, where applicable.

2.7 The CLIENT is required to use the ROOM so as not to cause or risk causing any damage to other users, the environment, premises and equipment.

2.8 The CLIENT undertakes, for the duration of his presence in the premises of PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE to behave as a "good father", to comply with the rules and to cooperate with the employees of PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE. PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE does not tolerate any kind of intimidation or harassment towards its employees. PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE reserves the right to take any measure to prohibit the entry to its premises to any person whose behavior would be calm and particularly CLIENTS under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without this prohibition of access does not give right to any refund or compensation.

2.9 The CLIENT can not get any drink, food, chewing gum or animal into the ROOM.

2.10 The CLIENT already accepts that PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE can not be held responsible for damages created by the CLIENT or the CLIENT or another CLIENT

2.11 Due to the nature of the game no record can be taken inside the ROOM. This includes (but is not limited to) the use of mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices (video and / or audio). The use of such a device in the ROOM is not allowed.

2.12 The CLIENT undertake not to divulge the details of the game directly or indirectly to the public. Any total or partial disclosure would violate PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE's commercial interests.

2.13 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE is authorized to modify the scenario of a game, the elements or sets without notice or information, and no claim can be made in case of modification thereof.

Article 3 - Duration

3.1 The CLIENT agrees that the game lasts for a maximum of 60 minutes, whether he has managed to find all the riddles or not. Similarly, he agrees that the game ends before 60 minutes, if he found all the riddles, without it entitles to a tariff adjustment.

Article 4 - Weebsite

4.1 The website [www.paniqescaperoom.fr] below the WEB SITE is subject to specific terms and conditions which must be read carefully before use.

Article 5 – Reservation

5.1 The provision of a ROOM is subject to the reservation and minimum one persone’s prior payment.

5.2 The reservation can be registered by the RESERVANT on the PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE WEBSITE within the limits of available slots.

5.3 Only people 18 years of age or older can be RESERVING.

5.4 The registered reservation can not give rise to any cancellation, modification or refund outside the possibilities which would be given to do it on the WEBSITE.

5.5 A reservation is recorded and definitive only when it is paid.

5.6 A reservation is transferable to another RESERVANT only if PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE has been informed of the contact details of the new RESERVANT and if the new RESERVANT pays the price supplements possibly due (change of group size, room, consumption ...) which will have to be settled on the spot.

5.7 Reservations can not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. If a reservation is transferred or resold in violation of this condition, the holder of the reservation or the person claiming the right to attend the event will be refused admission.

5.8 In case of delay of CLIENTS for a reserved session, the CLIENT will decide whether or not he wants to start the game. In all cases, the ROOM must be released at the time specified in the initial reservation. PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE reserves the right to refuse access to CLIENTS who arrive more than 30 minutes late. The CLIENT or the RESERVANT can not in any case require total or partial refund.

5.9 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE reserves the right to modify the allocation of the ROOM in the event of unavailability of the reserved room.

5.10 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE reserves the right to cancel a reservation without having to give a reason. A cancellation by PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE alone will be subject to a refund of the price of the reservation, excluding any other sum that may be claimed as damage or otherwise.

Article 6 - Price et payment

6.1 The price of a reservation is indicated on the WEB SITE under the heading reservation and displayed at the reception desk of ROOM ENIGMA MARSEILLE, in euros TTC, for a duration of 60 minutes of provision of the ROOM.

6.2 Any other service will result in additional billing.

6.3 The price is set according to the number of people within the same team (the maximum number depending on the game is indicated on the WEB SITE) and the date and time.

6.4 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, the service is however billed at the rate in effect at the time of payment of the reservation.

6.5 Only payment by credit card is accepted on the WEBSITE. If the RESERVANT could not pay by credit card, he must go to the reception desk to book and pay by credit card.

6.6 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE has entrusted its payment system to a specialized provider of secure online payments and does not send any data related to the payment system in its databases.

6.7 In the event that fewer CLIENTS than during the reservation would be present to participate in the event that is booked, the difference in price is not refunded.

6.8 If more people present themselves than the number of players having paid when booking the difference in price will be paid before participating in the game, within the limit of the number of players allowed per game.

6.9 PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE reserves the right to refuse any booking to a RESERVANT who has not paid all the services that would have been billed to him.

Article 7 – Security measures

7.1 The CLIENT undertakes to respect all the security measures given to him, whether contractual, posted on site, communicated via a screen in the premises of th local or given orally by the PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE staff.

7.2 It is expressly and strictly forbidden to smoke or vapote inside the site.

7.3 Each CLIENT undertakes to read and comply with the safety and fire protection instructions, as well as the emergency exits. The emergency exits are located throughout PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE and are clearly identified. Article 8 - Photos

8.1 Photos of each team of CLIENTS can be taken before or at the end of the game. These photos will be made available to the RESERVANT via the public platform of the WEBSITE and the associated social networks. PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE can not be held responsible for the use that will be made by the RESERVANT.

8.2 By ticking the acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the RESERVER authorizes PANIQ ROOM MARSEILLE to publish the group photo on the website and on all social networks. If THE CLIENT is against taking, sending and / or publishing these photos, he must indicate it by a dated and signed letter delivered to the reception.

Article 9 - Applicable law - Competent courts

These general conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions is governed by French law and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
