FAQ

Games

"When should we arrive?"

Always arrive 15 minutes before the start of your game. If you show up late, we might have to start your game time before you enter the room. We have a tight schedule and operate the same way as cinemas and theaters. Before the game we have a mandatory introduction with rules that need to be followed as well as useful information to make your experience the best it could be. If you think you will be late, please let us know.

"What room should I pick?"

This is a very hard question to answer, but we suggest you go with a theme that you feel the group would enjoy. If you have never played before, Pirates of Tortuga and The Madman’s Playroom are good rooms to start with. If you want a real challenge, Jailbreak and Wizard Trials might give you the head scratching adventure that you are looking for. Looking for an unique experience? Lost in the Museum takes place in complete darkness and requires that you and your team solve puzzles using your other senses, well not taste perhaps, but definitely touch and hearing.

"What languages can the rooms be played in?"

All rooms as well as the introduction can be in both Swedish and English.
If you wish to play in English, please inform the staff when you arrive.

"How many people can there be in one room?"

The maximum number of players per room varies, but you can find it by reading the room description. Our recommendation is to be between 3-6 players per room if possible.

"Can children participate?"

Yes! Our recommended minimum age is 10 and parental discretion is advised, so select a room that you feel comfortable that your child is playing. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Children under 15 need to have a parent or guardian (over the age of 18) present in order to play. The person does not need to participate but should be on location during the game.

"We’ve never played before and we are super nervous! Help!"

The first thing that can be good to know and what usually makes people more comfortable is that you will never be locked in without any clear way of how you can escape the room in case you need to. There are no other people in the room except for your team. You do not need to have any knowledge about the room or the theme in order to solve the puzzles and escape your room. When on location you will have an introduction with your game master, and you will get all the information you need and after the introduction is a perfect opportunity to ask any questions you have and also inform your game master if you are feeling nervous or anxious about anything.

"How should we dress?"

We recommend comfortable and casual clothes for your escape room experience.
Dressing up in team colors or in costumes to fit the theme is also highly encouraged.
If possible, try to avoid layers as it can get warm once the adrenaline starts pumping.

"We are a different amount of people compared to when we booked."

This is not a problem, usually we can arrange this when you show up on location.
If you however become too many, or too few, for the amount of rooms you’ve booked,
you need to contact us as you might need to change your booking.

"We had so much fun playing, can we play again?"

Of course you can! And if you pay for a new reservation or make a voucher purchase directly after your game, we will happily give you a 10% discount!
