Because communication and team work is the most important factors when playing an exit game. The exit games are fun, challenging and interactive experiences. People like to test their logic and problem-solving skills

The main types of escape room games.

Linear Escape Room Games

The experience is following a set track and puzzles are all solved in a set sequence during the game, perfect for new players as the chance of finding items you won’t be needing early and getting frustrated and confused is heavily minimized.

Non-Linear Escape Room Games

A completely open experience where clues, items and tools can be found at any time by solving any puzzle. The team can very early find themselves with a lot of items and clues but no idea where anything goes. It’s a fun brainstorming game and perfect for groups that want a challenge.

Mixed Linear/Non-Linear Escape Room Game

You might start off the game non-linear and finding items, but soon notice that once you solve a puzzle, there is something that points them to the next location of puzzles that again might provide the team with multiple clues and items that could be used to solve multiple puzzles at the same time.

How to make the experience even better?

  • Remember that it’s all a game and the main objective is to have fun.
  • Letting yourself surrender to the flow of the game and disconnect yourself from the real world outside the room.
  • Be organized, there is no bigger frustration than when important things go missing.
  • Let everyone participate, use everyone’s strengths to solve problems.
  • If playing with children, guiding them to help solve a puzzle by themselves will greatly make the experience more fun for them.
