Policies
Age Restriction Notice
You must present a valid photo ID or student ID providing age before the game starts.
Children under 8 will not be admitted. Children ages 8-14 must be in a privately booked room with at least one adult. Players ages 15-17 must have an adult present upon check in.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedule Policy
Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time.
