Policies

Age Restriction Notice You must present a valid photo ID or student ID providing age before the game starts.
All players in your group must meet the age requirements set for the game. Anyone under the required age will not be allowed into the game (even if an adult is present). We also require a paid adult to be present in the room if any players are under 15-years old.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedule Policy
Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time.
Discounts
You can only use one discount/promo code at a time.
