Policies

Age Restriction Notice You must present a valid photo ID or student ID providing age before the game starts.
Children under 8 will not be admitted under any circumstances. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before its start time and get a Reschedule Code with a balance matching your booking price. For games less than 24 hours away, a 15% rescheduling fee will be charged. Please note that rescheduling is not possible if the game is scheduled to start within less than 12 hours. The Reschedule Code is valid for 3 months.
