Children under 10 will not be admitted under any circumstances. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (as a paid player in the game).
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows. Purchases are not transferrable between locations.
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before its start time and get a Reschedule Code with a balance matching your booking price. For games less than 24 hours away, a 15% rescheduling fee will be charged. Please note that rescheduling is not possible if the game is scheduled to start within less than 8 hours. The Reschedule Code is valid for 3 months.
Purchases are not transferable between locations.
