"How do same-day reservations work?"

To make a reservation for the same day, you will have to call us. First, you can pick the time in our booking system. The ones saying Call Us are the ones you can pick from. After you picked, you have to call in and get a 4-digit PIN number that unlocks the time slot, making it available for booking. You have enter the PIN code fill in the form and pay online to ensure the time slot is yours.

If you do not complete the reservation, the slot may be booked by someone else: In case of an "available" time slot, the team arriving first gets to play.

We do not accept coupons for same day reservations.

"Where do I park?"

Parking is limited, please carpool if possible.
You can park in our driveway just off of Barham Blvd. There is also street parking available along Winnie Drive.

After 7 pm parking is possible next door at Champion Dance Shoes and LimeTwig's parking on Winnie Drive. Please note that these two options are only available after 7 pm.

"The number of participants showing up may differ from the number that was booked. Is this a problem?"

No, it's not. In this case you don't need to call us. It's okay if we learn the final number of your group at the door.

You will be asked to pay by credit or debit card for the additional players at the door.

"When should I arrive?"

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately if you are late we will have to deduct it from your game time.

Remember: Aim at 15 minutes earlier!

"How can I make an appointment?"

All reservations are made through our Booking page. The reservation takes only a minute. Call or email us if you need assistance making the reservation.

For same day reservations, please send us an email and we will try to accommodate you.

"How do I cancel or reschedule the reservation?"

You can cancel your reservation by replying to your original confirmation email and letting us know that you'd like to cancel. However, we encourage you to reschedule because there are no refunds applied for canceled reservations.

If you wish to reschedule your reservation, you can do it one time at least 72 hours prior to your original reservation time by replying to your original confirmation email telling us your new preferred date and time.

"There are more than six of us and we would like to play together. Can we do that?"

For an additional fee we will allow a 7th player. We do not allow more than seven people in one room at the same time, but you are more than welcome to get some more friends and play in two different rooms!

"Is my reservation OK? How do I know?"

After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. If you do not get a confirmation email, please contact us at hollywood@paniqroom.com.

"Am I going to be mixed with strangers?"

No, you're not. If you book a slot whether for 2 or 6 players, there's going to be only your team playing in the room at that time.

"What if we can't show up after paying online?"

We're sorry, but there will be no refunds authorized for No Show or Canceled reservations.

The Voucher number entered online will be automatically marked as redeemed after making a reservation.

You also have one option to reschedule your game at least 72 hours prior to your reservation time.

"How long does it take to finish the game?"

It depends on your performance. When the game starts, you have 60 minutes to escape, so the game never lasts more than an hour plus preparation.

"How much does it cost and how should I pay?"

The pricing of a time slot depends on the number of players that play the game and the day of the week.

Weekdays (Mon-Thu)
2 players: $32/player
3-4 players. $28/player
5-6 players: $24/player

Weekends (Fri-Sun)
2 players: $36/player
3-4 players. $32/player
5-6 players: $28/player.

You will be prompted for payment when making the reservation. You can pay online conveniently using your debit or credit card.

"Is there an age limit at PanIQ Room?"

Players age 12 and up can participate and enjoy the game.

"What is the difference between the rooms?"

Each one is unique and offers a different experience. They differ in their theme, ambiance, design, size, difficulty and objectives. The goal remains the same: "Escape!" We are keeping the rest a secret for now! We recommend the Insane Asylum for players that have never played an escape game before.

"What's the ideal team/group size for an escape room?"

The most compelling and exciting adventure games occur with groups of four players. With only two players, the game is more difficult but still possible. The maximum number beyond which we will not allow the game to be played is seven people.

"We would like to organize a corporate event or a bigger team building game! What do we do?"

"I would like to surprise someone with 'escape' as a gift! How can I do that?"

You can purchase a gift voucher for your recipient conveniently online, here.
The voucher be printed or emailed to your recipient and its voucher number can be applied to the reservation when booking online.

"Are there any health conditions that would prevent a player from playing the game?"

Our aim is not to scare people. In special cases our guests should notify us in advance, so we can take out a couple of "sudden surprises" that raise the adrenaline levels or suggest the best room for them. However, the game generates excitement and if you can't stand it you should not play!

"What happens if my voucher's promotional value expires?"

In case of a purchased coupon:
After the expiration date printed on your coupon, its promotional value expires, but you can still redeem it at the PanIQ Room for the amount paid.

For example, if you paid $99 for a coupon redeemable for a $149 ticket, that coupon is still valid for $99 worth of ticket. Our system will accept your reservation, and you will have to pay the $50 difference at the door in order to play.

"Any suggestions before we start the game?"

In order to ensure an hour of uninterrupted fun, if possible, please use the restroom and mute or power off your cellphone before entering the PanIQ Room game area.

"Do I have to sign anything before the game start?"

Everyone in the group must sign a liability waiver before the game starts.
