FAQ

Accessibility & Health Concerns

"Is this facility handicap accessible?"

All of our games are handicap accessible, although you might not experience the game to its fullest.
If you have any questions regarding handicap accessibility or a specific room, please email us.

"Are there any health conditions that would prevent a player from playing the game?"

Most of our experiences are designed to be inclusive and suitable for a wide range of guests.

Our escape rooms, while safe, are built to be immersive and exciting—some involve dramatic lighting, sound effects, or enclosed spaces, which may feel intense for certain individuals. If that’s a concern, let us know and we’ll guide you toward the most suitable options.

Some of other experiences (like our Quiz Room and Karaoke Lounge) are much more relaxed and can be comfortably enjoyed by almost anyone.

We’re happy to help you choose the right adventure based on your preferences—just reach out!

Booking (Cost, Events, Vouchers)

"How does booking work?"

You can make a reservation through our reservation system.

The reservation takes only a minute. You can easily track and change it as you wish. You can also call us or email us if you need assistance.

"How much does it cost and how should I pay?"

Prices start at $29.95 per person. For more details, click here.

You will be prompted for payment when making the reservation. You can pay online conveniently using your debit or credit card.

"Is my reservation OK? How do I know?"

After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need.

If you do not get a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].

"What is a public escape room?"

We have 5-10 available spots per game in our escape rooms. A public game means that other players may join your game in case you have booked less than the maximum number of players.

Private games can be purchased as well which guarantees an experience only with your team.

"What happens if my voucher's promotional value expires?"

In case of a purchased coupon:
After the expiration date printed on your coupon, its promotional value expires, but you can still redeem it at the PanIQ Room for the amount paid.

For example, if you paid $99 for a coupon redeemable for a $149 ticket, that coupon is still valid for $99 worth of ticket. Our system will accept your reservation, and you will have to pay the $50 difference at the door in order to play.

"Do you offer any special discounts?"

We offer 15% off for all active police officers and firefighters and their teams. To receive your discount code, please email [email protected] and present your badge to your game host upon arrival.

"I would like to surprise someone with an 'escape' as a gift! How can I do that?"

You can purchase a gift voucher for your recipient conveniently online, here.

You can either print or send the voucher to the recipient, and its voucher number can be applied to the reservation when booking online.

"What if more people show up than we originally booked for?"

No problem at all! There’s no need to call ahead—just let us know the final group size when you arrive. You can pay for any additional players at the door with a credit or debit card.

Policies (Cancellations, Rescheduling, Age Restrictions)

"What's the age policy at PanIQ Room?"

Children under the age of 8 are not permitted.

Children aged 8–14 must be in a privately booked room with their group, and at least one player must be over 18.

Players aged 15–17 must have an adult (18 or older) present at check-in to sign a waiver, but may play without an adult in the room.

PanIQ Room staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

"What if we're late for our private game?"

Your game begins precisely at the time you reserved. Unfortunately, if you are late we might have to deduct time from your game or apply a late fee.

Please keep in mind that you have to arrive 15 minutes before your starting time. This will ensure you get the full game time in your room.

Rescheduling due to a late arrival (5 minutes into game start time) might be subject to a $5 per person late surcharge.

Arriving 15 minutes after a game is scheduled to start will be considered a “no show” and the reservation will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

If you notify us by phone that you will be late, we will do our best to wait or accommodate a new time for you.

"What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?"

You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before its start time. For games less than 24 hours away, a 15% rescheduling fee will be charged.

How to reschedule your game:
1️⃣ Click on your reservation link provided in your confirmation email.
2️⃣ Once on our Booking Confirmation page, click the 'Reschedule Booking' button. You will then receive a reschedule code with a balance matching your booking price.
3️⃣ Use the code to book a new game time on our website.

Please note that rescheduling is not available if your game is scheduled to start in less than 12 hours. Reschedule codes are valid for 3 months from the time of issue.

You can cancel your reservation by replying to your confirmation email. However, please note that all sales are final—we do not issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Because of this, we strongly recommend rescheduling instead of canceling.

"What if we can't show up after paying online?"

We're sorry, but there will be no refunds issued for no shows or cancelled reservations.

In case of a voucher payment, the voucher number entered online will be automatically marked as redeemed after making a reservation.

You do have one option to reschedule your game at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

"When should I arrive?"

All groups are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reserved time. Your booking begins 10 minutes prior to the start of your game to allow for a check in, a quick overview of the escape room process, storing your belongings in a locker, and using the restrooms, if needed.

If you arrive after the 10-minute mark, even if it is before the start time of your game, we may not be able to give you the full allotted time to make your escape. Your game clock begins promptly at the scheduled start time!

"What if we're late for our public game?"

If your group arrives late for a public room, the on-time team may start the game at the scheduled time. While we offer a five-minute grace period, we cannot guarantee entry if you’re late to avoid disrupting other guests. A late surcharge ($5/player) may apply, and you may be asked to rebook.

Once gameplay begins, no other teams can join.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time to ensure you get the full game experience.

"There are more than 10 of us and we would like to play together. Can we do that?"

The minimum number of players we allow is 2 people, and the maximum number we allow is 5-10 people.

We do not allow more than 5-10 people in one room at the same time, but you are more than welcome to get some more friends and play in two different rooms!

Games (Difficulty, Group Size, Duration)

"How long does it take to finish the game?"

It depends on your performance. When the game starts, you have 45 or 60 minutes to escape, so the games don't lasts more than 45 or 60 minutes plus preparation (10-15 minutes).

"Any suggestions before we start the game?"

In order to ensure an uninterrupted fun experience, if possible, please use the restroom and mute or power off your cell phone before entering the PanIQ Room game area.

"What's the ideal group size for an escape room?"

The most compelling and exciting adventure games usually occur with groups of 4. If your group is smaller you can still play the game but your experience will not be the same. Generally, the smaller the team, the harder the game.

The maximum number beyond which we will not allow the game to be played is 5-10 people.
