Age Restriction Notice Participants may be asked to present an ID to verify age before the game begins..
Children under 6 are not admitted. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedule Policy
You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before its start time. For games less than 24 hours away, a 15% rescheduling fee will be charged. Please note that rescheduling is not available if your game is scheduled to start in less than 12 hours. Reschedule Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the time of issue.
