Policies (Cancellations, Rescheduling, Age Restrictions)
"When should I arrive?"
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately if you are late we will have to deduct it from your game time.
Remember: aim for 15 minutes early!
"What's the age policy at PanIQ Room?"
Children under 10 will not be admitted under any circumstances. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For children ages 10-14, an adult must be in the room during the game.
For children ages 15-18, an adult must show up before the game to check in players and sign a waiver, but the adult does not have to be in the room during the game.
"What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?"
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time.
"What if we're late for our game?"
Your game begins precisely at the time you reserved! In case you are late you can certainly start later, but you will have less time for your game. Keep in mind the pre-game procedures (waiver and rules) for which we ask you to be 15 minutes early!
There are no refunds for late arrivals.
"The number of participants showing up may differ from the number that was booked. Is this a problem?"
No, it's not. In this case you don't need to call us. It's okay if we learn the final number of your group at the door.
You will be asked to pay for the additional players at the door.
Booking (Cost, Events, Vouchers)
"How do same-day reservations work?"
You just have to go to click on the BOOK NOW button and you can choose from the available time slots. You can also visit PanIQ Center and book the game before play, subject to availability.
"I would like to surprise someone with 'escape' as a gift! How can I do that?"
You can purchase a gift voucher for your recipient conveniently online. You can either print or send the voucher to the recipient and its voucher number can be applied to the reservation when booking online.
Can I book online?
Yes, you can book online using your Credit Card / Debit Card. In this way your booking will always be confirmed.
I don't have Credit Card or Debit Card. What are other booking options?
You can also pay in cash or through Bank Transfer.
Accessibility & Health Concerns
“Are there any health conditions that would prevent a player from playing the game?"
Please contact us prior to your game or prior to booking if you are worried about a specific health issue in relation to gameplay. Our Game Masters can accommodate players’ needs and alter the games to a certain extent, though by nature escape games are exciting! Our aim is not to scare people; these are brain games.

Games (Difficulty, Group Size, Duration)
How many persons can play a game at one time?
Minimum 2 and Maximum 10 persons can play a game at one time.
Travel (Parking, CTA, Restaurants)
Is there any Restaurant nearby where we can eat after the game?
Yes, there are a couple of restaurants inside Pearl Continental Hotel - Lahore.
Is there sufficient parking area at the location?
Yes, there is a huge parking area just above PanIQ Room.
