Children under 10 will not be admitted under any circumstances. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets and Service Animals
We are an animal-friendly company; however, due to the design and safety requirements of our escape rooms, the rooms themselves are not pet-friendly. For the well-being of animals, we can only allow properly trained service animals to enter the rooms. In all other cases, pets are not permitted inside the escape rooms.
Accessibility
Please note that not all of our rooms and puzzles are fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your group.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedule Policy
Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time.
