"How do same-day reservations work?"

To make a reservation for the same day, you will have to call us. First, you can pick the time in our booking system. The ones saying Call Us are the ones you can pick from. After you picked, you have to call in and get a 4-digit PIN number that unlocks the time slot, making it available for booking. You have enter the PIN code fill in the form and pay online to ensure the time slot is yours.

If you do not complete the reservation, the slot may be booked by someone else: In case of an "available" time slot, the team arriving first gets to play.

We do not accept coupons for same day reservations.

"Where do I park?"

You can park in our parking lot just off of 7th Street for free.

"When should I arrive?"

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately if you are late we will have to deduct it from your game time.

Remember: Aim at 15 minutes earlier!

"How long does it take to finish the game?"

It depends on your performance. When the game starts, you have 60 minutes to escape, so the game never lasts more than an hour plus preparation.

"Any suggestions before we start the game?"

In order to ensure an hour of uninterrupted fun, if possible, please use the restroom and mute or power off your cellphone before entering the game area. Also dress comfortably!

"How can I make an appointment?"

All reservations are made through our booking page. The reservation takes only a minute. Call or email us if you need assistance making the reservation.

"How do I cancel the reservation?"

You can cancel your reservation by replying to your original confirmation email and letting us know that you'd like to cancel. However, we encourage you to reschedule because there are no refunds applied for canceled reservations.

If you wish to reschedule your reservation, you can do it one time at least 72 hours prior to your original reservation time by replying to your original confirmation email telling us your new preferred date and time.

"Is my reservation OK? How do I know?"

After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at phoenix@paniqroom.com.

"What's the ideal team/group size for an escape room?"

The most compelling and exciting adventure games occur with groups of four to five players. If your group is smaller you can still play the game but your experience will not be the same. However, the maximum number beyond which we will not allow the game to be played is six people.
The Kidnapped room is an exception where the minimum number of players is four, and the maximum number is six.

"How much does it cost and how can I pay?"

The pricing of a time slot depends on the number of players that play the game and the day of the week.

Weekdays (Mon-Thu)
2 players: $32/player
3-4 players. $28/player
5-6 players: $24/player

Weekends (Fri-Sun)
2 players: $36/player
3-4 players. $32/player
5-6 players: $28/player.

You will be prompted for payment when making the reservation. You can pay online conveniently using your debit or credit card.

"We would like to organize a corporate event or a bigger team building game! What do we do?"

"Is there an age limit at PanIQ Room?"

Players age 12 and up can participate and enjoy the game.

"The number of participants showing up may differ from the number that was booked. Is this a problem?"

No, it's not. In this case you don't need to call us. It's okay if we learn the final number of your group at the door.

You will be asked to pay by credit or debit card for the additional players at the door.

"What happens if my voucher's promotional value expires?"

In case of a purchased coupon:
After the expiration date printed on your coupon, its promotional value expires, but you can still redeem it at the PanIQ Room for the amount paid.

For example, if you paid $99 for a coupon redeemable for a $149 ticket, that coupon is still valid for $99 worth of ticket. Our system will accept your reservation, and you will have to pay the $50 difference at the door in order to play.

"There are more than five of us and we would like to play together. Can we do that?"

We do not allow more than six people in one room at the same time, but you are more than welcome to get some more friends and play in two different rooms! Please check out the room's profile before playing for accurate info in the Our Rooms menu.

"What is the difference between the rooms?"

They differ in their story, mood, design, size, difficulty and objectives. Each one is unique and offers a different experience. The goal remains the same: Escape! We are keeping the rest a secret for now! Please check out the room profiles in the Our Rooms menu.

"Are there any health conditions that would prevent a player from playing the game?"

Our aim is not to scare people, but in special cases our guests should notify us in advance so we can suggest the best room for them. However, the game generates excitement and if you can't stand it you should not play!

"Do I have to sign anything before the game start? Where can I find the terms and conditions of PanIQ Room?"

Here. You have to sign a waiver liability before the game start.

"Can I buy an escape game as a gift?"

You can purchase a gift voucher for your recipient conveniently online, here.
The voucher be printed or emailed to your recipient and its voucher number can be applied to the reservation when booking online.

"What if we can't show up?"

We're sorry, but there will be no refunds authorized for No Show or Cancelled reservations.

The Voucher number entered online will be automatically marked as redeemed after making a reservation.

You can also reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your reservation time.

"Can I celebrate special events (like a birthday) at PanIQ Room?"

Yes, you can! PanIQ is the perfect place to host special events like team-builders or birthdays.
To get the full PanIQ birthday experience, be sure to list the occasion, name, and FULL birth date in the "Notes" section when making the reservation. Our Game Masters will leave a special surprise for the birthday-goer in their chosen room.
