"How does booking work?"
For each available time slot on our Booking page, there is a price displayed. The price varies depending on the day and time you would like to visit us. Each price is for a group of 6 players, and one additional player can be added for $25. You will be prompted for online payment when making the reservation.
Same day reservations can be easily booked online; our availability is updated in real-time.
After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com.
“I have a Groupon—How does that work?”
Currently, our Groupon is only valid for The Cage, the Cards, and the Cash room. To use your Groupon, select any of the available time slots for The Cage, the Cards, and the Cash room, choose Voucher as your payment method, and enter your code. There is no restriction on the time or day for which these vouchers can be used—so long as your game is played before your voucher’s expiration date! Limit of one voucher per reservation, extra players are $25/person (maximum 7 players/game).
"What happens if my voucher's promotional value expires?"
After the expiration date of your coupon, its promotional value expires, but you can still redeem it at the PanIQ Room for the amount you have paid. For example, if you paid $99 for a coupon redeemable for a $149 ticket, that coupon is still valid for $99 worth of ticket. Our system will accept your reservation, and you will have to pay the $50 difference at the door to play.
