"What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?"
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.
Reschedules will not be permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled game. You may only reschedule a game one time. If you used a voucher, your voucher code will be automatically marked as redeemed after making a reservation. Reply to your original confirmation email with a new date and time when you’d like to come, and we will reschedule your game!
"How do I cancel my reservation?"
You can cancel your reservation by replying to your original confirmation email and letting us know that you'd like to cancel. However, we encourage you to reschedule because there are no refunds applied for canceled reservations.
"What's the age policy at PanIQ Room?"
Children under 10 will not be admitted under any circumstances. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.*
For children age 10-14, an adult must be in the room while playing.
For people age 15-18, an adult must show up before the game to check the players in and sign a waiver, but the adult does not have to be in the room during the game.
"When should I arrive?"
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, because we have important pre-game procedures for your team including a waiver and rules. Your 60-minute timer starts precisely at the time you reserved.
"What if we're late for our game?"
Your game begins precisely at the time you reserved, and your group can certainly start later, but you will have less time. Keep in mind the pre-game procedures (waiver and rules) for which we ask you to be 15 minutes early! We suggest you call us at (615) 628-8373 to inform them of arrivals after your scheduled game time. There are no refunds or reschedules for late arrivals.
